MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE:
is unlike a traditional massage. It involves gentle, rhythmic movements across the body to help move lymph fluid from the tissues back into the bloodstream for filtration and elimination. Because the lymphatic system sits close to the surface of our skin, the work is done at a superficial depth across the body.

Depending on your needs, a session can be anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes but completion of drainage and the full benefit of an MLD can take approximately 24 to 48 hours after the session.

All Appointments include pre and post assessment, as well as post care advice to enhance results.
